She is neither tall nor short, blonde nor brunette. Olívia is real, just like you and me: bohemian, socially conscious and always ready to stand up for the causes she believes in, from the environment and sustainability to freedom and human rights.
At the table, she opens a new chapter in the Nicolau family, bringing together much-loved recipes with seasonings and textures inspired by her travels, particularly across Asia and the Middle East. The dishes may be more adventurous, but the philosophy remains the same: quality and flavour come first.
