Here you may safely report infringements and acts of corruption or related infringements under the terms provided for in the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, approved by Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December, as well as in the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of 9 December.
What can be reported
Reports relating, in particular, to the following matters will be considered: i) Public procurement; ii) Financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; iii) Product safety and compliance; iv) Transport safety; v) Environmental protection; vi) Radiation protection and nuclear safety; vii) Safety of food for human and animal consumption, animal health and animal welfare; viii) Public health; ix) Consumer protection; x) Protection of privacy and personal data and security of networks and information systems.
Corruption and related infringements are understood to mean the crimes of active and passive corruption, undue receipt and offering of an advantage, embezzlement, economic participation in business, extortion by a public official, abuse of power, breach of official duty, trading in influence, money laundering or fraud in obtaining or diverting a subsidy, grant or credit.

What are the essential elements of the report
- Description of the facts that are the subject of the report;
- Indication of the places and dates on which the facts occurred;
- Who is involved in the facts, indicating the identity or identities and roles of the persons involved through suspicion or authorship, and who else is aware of the facts (potential witnesses);
- Submission of evidence of the reported facts, if you have any.
What protection is granted to the whistleblower
The report may be submitted anonymously.
Confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower is guaranteed, except where required by law or by a court decision.
The processing of the whistleblower’s personal data complies with the GDPR and Law No. 58/2019, of 8 August, and the whistleblower benefits from the protection and support measures, as well as the guarantees provided for, respectively, in Articles 22 and 23 of Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December.
The whistleblower also benefits from the liability regime provided for in Article 24 of Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December.
All reports must be made in good faith.
